I have decided to stop brewing....all different kinds of beer. I have decided that I should limit myself to 2 or 3 styles, and perfect some recipes. I was thinking about the 3 greatest brewing countries ever: Germany, Belgium and the UK. I want to make American versions of beers of these countries. American versions usually means that they are just "hopped up". So, the beers styles I was thinking of are Irish Red, Belgian Pale and German Altbier. I love all three of these beers and think they are broad enough, yet simple enough to make and will be enjoyed by all types of people. We shall see..
