Here's Pete's Wicked Clone Recipe. This is what I made when I took my "Brew Day" Pictures.  See my blog for the outcome.....

8# Rahr Pale Malt

2# Briess Caramel/Crystal Malt 40L

2# Briess Caramel Crystal Malt 60L

1 oz. Brewer's Gold Hops (60 min)

0.5 oz. Brewer's Gold Hops (15 min)

0.5 oz. Brewer's Gold Hops (1 min)

Wyeast 1272

 

Single infusion mash @ 148F  (range 138 - 151F) for 60 minutes.  1.5 qt water per # malt.

Collect 6.4 gallons of Wort and boil for 60 minutes.

 

Est OG = 1.058, Actual = 1.048, 68%  Brewhouse efficiency

FG= 1.008, ABV = 5.21%, 35 IBU, IBU/SG = 0.604, Color= 19.8 SRM

Carbonated to 2.4 volumes, 17.7 psi of CO2 at 48C.
